Next-Generation Environmentally Conscious Factory
We have installed solar power generation systems on the rooftop and premises to supply 90% of the factory’s electricity consumption with renewable energy. Additionally, we have upgraded our dyeing process wastewater treatment system, achieving a 65% reduction in water usage compared to previous levels. This marks an important milestone toward achieving carbon neutrality by 2030.
Investment in Working Environment
Created 350 jobs for local employment. To realize a comfortable working environment, we have equipped the entire building with air conditioning, established an on-site childcare facility, and set up a technical training center. We have prepared a working environment compliant with international labor standards and support employee growth.
Future Outlook
With the operation of this new factory, we have achieved both small-lot responsiveness and mass production capability. We now have a system ready to meet a wider range of needs, from startups to major brands. With the strengthened production system including the new factory in fiscal 2025, we aim for sales of 18 billion yen.
